Blessings

I have been feeling extremely grumpy and tired - grief does that - but having read the Wisdom lesson this morning I am imposing a five point plan on my day

1. Hug everyone in my house (that lives here - mailman you are safe) and thank God for them.
2. Get some exercise - I have been slacking over the past week
3. Read a favorite poem, or prayer - slowly and carefully
4. Look at the flowers in the garden - I mean really look
5. Finish at least two of the things which are hanging around.

There - that feels good - I will of course do dishes and make lunches and all those things too - but taking these little moments to remind myself of blessings will be good - a road to recovery.
